Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. San Timoteo Canyon Schoolhouse 31985 San Timoteo Canyon Rd, Redlands, CA 92373 This event features the historic San Timoteo Canyon Schoolhouse with tours from the local schoolmarm, Tracy Lech. There is pumpkin painting, crafts, a maypole, stagecoach on display, bouncy house, local history scavenger hunt! This event is co-hosted by the San Gorgonio Pass Historical Society.

OCT SCARY STORY TIME 12 Saturday, 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Rancho Jurupa Regional Park 4800 Crestmore Rd, Riverside, CA 92509

Rancho Jurupa Regional Park will be hosting a Scary Story Time for families and campers to enjoy behind the Gopher Hole Store. Enjoy fire pits, smores and scary stories!

OCT TRAIL OF THE ACORN 12 Saturday,10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Idyllwild Nature Center 25225 CA-243, Idyllwild-Pine Cove, CA 92549 Elder who gives a blessing and sings bird songs. We also have crafts, vendors, demonstrations such as flint napping, and a story time lead by the local library. OCT SPOOKY SIDE OF NATURE 26 Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Hidden Valley Nature Center 11401 Arlington Ave., Riverside, CA 92505 Fun and educational day to honor, understand, and celebrate the Indigenous people's of the San Jacinto Mountain. We have a Cahuilla Come explore the spooky side of nature! Featuring Paul Cash’s Haunted Magic Show, a mad science lab, pumpkin painting contest, petting zoo, bouncy house and games. It is a great time for the whole family!
