The University of San Diego Counseling Center located upstairs in Serra Hall, has professional psychologists and coun– selors who provide a va– riety of services to facili– tate students' psycho– logical needs. All ser– vices provided are confi– dential within logical and ethical guidelines. Throughout the year, workshops and seminars on areas of special inter– est are provided. There are also psychological self-help material, a lend– ing library, and eating– disorder support group, and a support group for

adult children ofdysfunc– tional families. Besides psychological

counseling, the center also provides academic counseltng for students who want assistance with academic skills such as test-taking, time man– agement, and stress management to name a few.

Researching and studying the aspects of one's major can be helpful In determining one's future. The career Counseling Staff pauses to share a moment of laughter during their busy day.
