ALEXANDRA DEMIDOVA 5 '7" Fr. - Stockholm Sweden USD: Demidova is in her freshman year with the Toreros... Is projected to play in the middle of the singles lineup, and also in doubles... This past Fall competed at the San Diego Fall Classic, the ITA West Regional Champion– ships (won two matches in consolation bracket) , and the SDSU Fall Classic

where she earned wins over players from Pepperdine and SDSU. HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Played tennis at ProCivitas Gymnasium. PERSONAL: Was born in Stockholm, Sweden on June 14, 1986.. .Demidova chose to attend USO because of the school's resources and the tennis team's coaching staff. MAJOR: Economics SAMANTHA MOULY 5'6" Fr. - Paris France USD: Mouly is in her first year at USO... Projected to play in upper ladder of singles, as well as with doubles.

HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: Played tennis at Notre dame de Boulogne... At 16's and 17's, won with the Racing Club de France (French team champion- ship)... Is a three-time champion of Paris... Won the Tremblay-en-France (11 y)... Finalist at ACBB Tournament (12y)... Quarterfinalist at French Cham- pionship for 16-year-olds.

JUSTINE PERL 5 '7" Fr. - San Die o, CA USD: Perl is a freshman with the Toreros... Projected to play at No.5-6 singles, and contribute in doubles competition as well. HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Torrey Pines High School where she was afour-year varsity performer... Was athree-time CIF Doubles Champion ... Freshman year reached CIF Doubles title match ... Senior year earned "Heart of the Team" award ... Junior year named "Most Spirited"... Freshman year recipient of "Coaches Award".

PERSONAL: Perl, nickname "Jay," was born in San Diego, CA on July 28, 1988...Chose USO to attend a small school, and because of the beauty of the campus... Hobbies include singing, dance, and being competitive with everything she does... Older sister Lauren played tennis at USO (2003-2006). MAJOR: Communications

VITALINA PARSCHUTKIN 5'4" Fr. - Corte Madera, CA USD: Parschutkin just joined the USO women's tennis team in March.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Sir Drake High School where she played for Coach Renee Glenn ... Senior year earned "Coaches Award" and went 13-1 in singles... Advanced to the MCAL championships... Named team MVP junior and sophomore campaigns, including a perfect 14-0 record during her junior year. PERSONAL: Was born in Riga, Latvia on January 30, 1988... Loves to travel and speaks Russian ...
