A lifted nose of citrus fruit and white blossom.

The ‘Basin de Thau’ (where this wine is from) is home to the green grasshopper which appears in the vineyards at the same time as flowering takes place in late spring – signalling the new vintage is about to start! Food matches should be generic recommendations rather than specific to the brand e.g. types of meat, styles of food, spicy, sweet, fish, salads etc.etc. Vibrant and on the pallet with a crisp minerality, green apple freshness and a lemon zest finish.

‘Picpoul’ literally means ‘Lip Stinger’ !
