Red fruit with a hint of blackberry. Light violet & earth. High acid, low-medium tannin. Very light body.

Keep it light. Roast chicken with herbs. Salmon & mushrooms.

Don't be surprised if a guest asks for this chilledm it's delicious and traditional.
