Bombay Pressé is a totally natural, irresistibly refreshing expression of our signature London Dry Gin. Inspired by the classic Tom Collins cocktail, it captures the zesty citrus notes of fresh, green lemon, perfectly balanced with the vibrant juniper notes of Bombay gin, to bring a refreshing vibrancy and effervescence to the moment. Fresh, green Murcian lemons are early-harvested to catch the citrusy, sour notes of the fruits at their most intense. They are peeled, cut and left to infuse before being combined with the natural botanicals of Bombay Dry Gin and rounded with a little Murcian almond honey to bring out a touch of sweetness.
