Speech pathology? On 19 June, we made a post answering the question, “What do speech pathologists do?” The response was amazing – the post reached over 46,000 people through 477 reactions, 16 comments and 276 shares, making it the highest organic (viral) reach for one of our posts – ever! This was a good reminder that even information we take for granted can have an impact. People are interested in what speech pathologists do. SPA TV views on the rise During the 2017 National Conference in Sydney, five interviews with delegates were filmed to give those not attending a taste of what it was like. These short clips were viewed a combined 12,300 times on our Facebook page (plus a couple hundred more views on YouTube).
