To Whom it may concern:

Per your request I am submitting the allocation of funds to the Royal River Riders for the fiscal year July 2016 to June 2017. The funds that the Royal River Riders acquire do get reported to the State of Maine on an annual basis and I can certainly share that same information with the Town of New Gloucester. I regret to inform you that I cannot specify exactly which of the following areas the funds were allocated to, but collectively you will be able to see that the funds were very well spent. Royal River Riders Liability Insurance for a total of $1137. In an effort to keep trail systems safe, trail maintenance dollars spent included bridge supplies, misc tools and new drag $3800. Repair and maintenance to existing grooming equipment $2100. Royal River Riders also likes to give back to the community. In doing so, this year we were able to sponsor 2 families in the caring community for Christmas program and we also gave 2 scholarships to two graduating Gray NewGloucester seniors.
