HEALTHY HOLIDAY POTLUCK & RECIPE SWAP The holidays are a time for gathering, laughing and eating great food—but it doesn't have to mean compromising your health goals! Join us for a festive, fun and delicious get-together centered around nutritious eating and shared traditions. Bring a Dish, Leave a Recipe! Cook or prep your favorite healthy holiday dish to share with the group. Please bring along a printed or written copy of the recipe! By the end of the party, everyone will leave with a collection of fresh, guilt-free recipe ideas to inspire their own holiday cooking. What to Bring: One healthy holiday
TEEN’S FITNESS, NUTRITION & GOAL SETTING INTO 2027 This dynamic course empowers teenagers to take control of their physical and mental well-being. It combines practical fitness training, realistic nutrition education and proven goal-setting strategies into an engaging curriculum designed specifically for teen lifestyles. The session concludes with a fun, hands on vision board craft where we will map out dreams and wellness goals to take home. -THIS IS A 2 MILE HIKE/ HIKING EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED Bring with you: • A Yoga Mat and strap (we will be hiking with our mats) • Any blanket or towel you wish to lay under your mat for extra comfort (optional) • Please be mindful and dress weather appropriate - layers are best • Please wear suitable hiking shoes or sneakers - we will encounter some rocky terrain • Pack a lunch and stay after yoga for a picnic Friday, October 16 Time: 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Fee: OL Location: Crystal Springs Eligibility: ages 12+ Min 5 – Max 12 Register by October 9 YOGA & EXPLORATION Let the natural harmony of the outdoors expand and deepen your yoga practice. This beautiful hike offers the ideal combination of spectacular sights and soul-soothing rejuvenation as we hike the Woodpecker Trail at beautiful Crystal Springs, followed by a mixed-level yoga class out in nature. (Pack lunch and stay after yoga for a picnic)

Welcome to our Infant Massage Class—a calm, welcoming space designed exclusively for new mothers and their little ones. Led by certified instructor Becky Irvin, this hands-on workshop transforms the overwhelming early weeks of motherhood into moments of deep confidence. You won’t just watch a demonstration; you will actively learn step-by-step, evidence-based strokes to comfort your baby from head to toe. Best of all, you will join a supportive community of local moms, giving you a safe space to share experiences, ask questions and build lasting friendships. No pressure, no judgment—just a warm room filled with support for you and your baby.
