2 portions Gin 10 Ginger Snaps

(or 1 portion ginger syrup)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Break snaps into small pieces and frappe until they dissolve.

2 parts Grape'juice 1 part Gin Juice 1/2 lemon Filter through shaved ice in a tall glass, fill with ginger ale. A cooling summer drink.
