In the Commercial tab, click Mobile Authorizations . 1. The feature, Mobile Authorization Code, used to create your own access code, is not required or supported by Nusenda. 2. Create a new contact method. A user that can approve transactions must have a phone number and email added to receive a secure access code. a. Click the Email button. Enter the approver’s email address and click the Save button. b. Click the Phone button. Select the approver’s country using the “Country” drop-down and enter their phone number. Click the Save button. 3. Selecting eligible transactions allows the drafter to notify the approver via email to approve the transaction. 4. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
