Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream INGREDIENTS Rouses baguette cut into 24 slices ½-inch thick 2 tablespoons Rouses Extra Virgin olive oil ¼ cup Columbus Horseradish Sauce ½ pound thinly sliced Columbus Roast Beef Small bunch Arugula 12 cherry tomatoes, halved DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush both sides of bread slices with olive oil and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until crisp. Spread Horseradish Sauce over one side of each toasted bread slice, top with Columbus Italian Roast Beef, and garnish with Arugula and tomato. Serve cold. Make A Betta Bruschetta!
