When presented with the $9,000 donation, Sarah Speed, PA state director of the Humane Society, said: “We at the Humane Society of the United States are so grateful for the continued support of Allied Wire and Cable. Comcast Business is investing millions of dollars in network enhancements in Palm Beach County to expand its high-speed fiber optic Ethernet and Internet service options. The new fiber-based Ethernet network is capable of delivering speeds up to 10Gbps. These upgrades will support the area’s thriving business climate, which recently led Forbes Magazine to name West Palm Beach as the top city in Florida for business and careers.
