The ypTNM downstaging and TRG were used as endpoints to evaluate response to pCRT 72% of the biopsies with high infiltration of CD3 + cells responders to CRT (complete or partial response) 63% of the biopsies with a low infiltration of CD3 + cells were non-responders to CRT
