 368 AO or AOA randomly assigned to receive RT 59.4 Gy/33 fr + adjuvant PCV x 6 vs RT alone  Long term results: increased OS and PFS in favor of patients receiving PCV in the overall population  After molecular stratification 1p/19q codeleted tumors derived major benefit from adjuvant PCV, whereas non codeleted tumors has derived NO benefit from PCV
