Screening Tools

• Several screening tools have been designed to identify older people with cancer that are more likely to benefit from undergoing a full CGA • These tools can be easily performed in a busy clinical setting • The most widely utilised screening tools are: ➢ G8 ➢ Vulnerable Elders Survey-13 (VES-13) ➢ Flemish version of the Triage Risk Screening Tool (TRST)
