How to apply

Bookings open - 1 March Accommodation booking opens on 1 March 2019 You must have been offered a place on a course, and formally accepted the place, before you can apply for accommodation. www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-accommodation to print your application form. Complete forms Fill in your application form, medical form and Direct Debit form and post it back to: The Finance Office, Hartpury College, Gloucester, GL19 3BE Please include a cheque for £350 for the booking request deposit, made payable to Hartpury College, when you post us your forms. Alternatively, you can pay your room deposit online at www.hartpury.ac.uk/shop Room allocation The number of applications we get often exceeds the number of rooms we have on campus. Rooms are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend you get your application in as soon as possible.

Our allocation policy You can find our Accommodation Allocation Policy and our Accommodation Licence, including the Residential Regulations and Procedures, on our website www.hartpury.ac.uk . In April 2019, we’ll add our Residential Handbook to the website. You’ll get a copy of this in your room when you arrive.
