History of Salt Therapy Modern day salt therapy has its origins from the salt mines and caves in Europe and Russia. As the workers were mining the salt, micro-sized salt particles were being disbursed into the air. In 1843, Polish physician Felix Boczkowski discovered that men working in the salt mines suffered fewer respiratory problems than the general population and had better overall health.

So enjoy our new salt room and relax, breathe and recline and enjoy the inhalation of the dry salt aerosol and find tranquility in the calming environment.
