Grant 5c brown, tied by single ring ‘U.S.POSTAL AGENCY/SHANGHAI/11.4’ US P.O cds, the left side of the stamp is slightly cut, with partial ‘SAN FRANSCISO/PAID ALL’ transit and ‘LOUISVILLE/11.5.95’ arrival cds on the back flap.
