Sliver Yuan cover from Kweichow to Chungking, on reverse bearing Gold Yuan SYS Shanghai Dah Tung print $100 yellow brown block of 10 and Chungking Hwa Nan print $5,000 carmine block of 12 and one single stamp, tied by ‘Kweichow/Taoshan’ ( 獨山 ) dotted rim cds, with large part reg. receipt attached and bilingual ‘CHUNGKING/ 11.5.49’ arrival cds. A very nice cover of Gold Yuan stamps used during the Silver Yuan period.
