“The theme of my Cranfield FT MBA journey has been one of self-awareness. For me, this has been a challenging year, characterised by many steps taken outside my comfort zone, incredible diversity, life friendships and visible change. Through its focus on leadership development, teamwork and structured feedback, the MBA has helped me enhance my self-awareness and see my hidden strengths. I feel like I have broken my mind down into pieces, reviewed and analysed those pieces and am now in the process of re-sculpting and rebuilding them into a stronger and more confident me.” Walid Khabbaze, Founder, MindX Live, (MBA 2015)
