What is Knowledge Management in MCS?

Knowledge Management is an ITIL function. It will drive a change in how we think about our approach to the way we use the Knowledge we have built up over many years

MCS Knowledge Management has many faces but one key development is a set of processes and toolsets that allow us to spread the knowledge we hold right across our organisation

By managing the knowledge we have, we wanted to provide everyone in MCS with a way of sharing information that will help us serve our customers and work with each other in a collaborative and empowering way

Knowledge Management drives information to the fingertips of our people via the Remedy toolset, dynamically supporting the way we serve our customers
