Загородный дом в посёлке Марфино был спро- ектирован командой архитектурного бюро Александры Фёдоровой в комплексе, включая архитектурные и интерьерные решения. В пла- не дом имеет Т-образную форму, это решение обусловлено ориентацией по сторонам света и делением участка на зоны. Со стороны доро- ги организован заезд в гараж и отдельный вход для персонала, а внутренний укромный двор на- правлен на противоположную, солнечную сто- рону. С высоты птичьего полёта кажется, будто гараж пронизывает дом и имеет продолжение в виде бассейна и спа-зоны. Второй этаж раз- вёрнут параллельно дороге и помещён поверх нижнего. Все жилые комнаты, кроме кабине- тов и санузлов, выходят на внутреннюю дворо- вую сторону и скрыты от посторонних взглядов. Крыша бассейна является террасой для глав- ной спальни. Гостиная выполнена двухсветной, из кухонной зоны есть прямой выход на крытую террасу под навесом с зоной барбекю. Цоколь- ный этаж отведён под бильярдную, домашний кинотеатр, тренажёрный зал, комнату активно- го отдыха и детскую. Интерьер, выполненный в современном стиле, согласуется с фасадными решениями — как на уровне общей цветовой па- литры, так и применённых материалов.

The country house in the community of Marfino was designed by the team of Alexandra Fedorova’s Ar- chitectural Bureau as an integrated solution, includ- ing the architecture and interior design. The house is T-shaped, this solution being due to the orientation according to cardinal directions and the lot’s division into zones. On the side adjacent to the road there is an accessway to the garage and a separate entrance for the staff, while on the opposite, sunny side of the building there is a sheltered courtyard. From the bird’s-eye view, it seems as if the garage runs through the house and has a continuation in the form of a pool and a spa. The second floor is pivoted to align it in parallel with the road, and placed on top of the low- er one. All habitable rooms, except for studies and bathrooms, overlook the courtyard side and are hid- den from the prying eyes. The swimming pool’s roof serves as a terrace for the master bedroom. The liv- ing room has two tiers of windows, while the kitchen area offers a direct access to a canopied with a barbe- cue area. The basement floor is set aside for a billiard room, home cinema, gym, active recreation room, and children’s room. The interior has a modern style, con- sistent with the facade solutions both in terms of the overall color palette and of the materials used.
