Quantification of need for adaptive strategy • CBCT at fraction 1, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26 and 31 • Dosimetric evaluation- deemed insufficient if when compared to planning CT • V 95 PTV decreased more than 3%. • PTV mean decreased more than 1%. • V 107 body increased more than 5 cm 3 .

If atelectasis, adaptive strategy was required in 70% of the cases.
