 a lot of data for HD: young age, high curability, long follow- up  death due to second cancer is the most common cause of mortality among long-term survivors  solid tumors are most frequent (75-80%), mainly lung and breast cancer  both for lung and breast cancer: higher dose  higher incidence  most data for large field RT, nowadays smaller fields  reduction in second tumors expected
