• Helical Tomotherapy is a helical slice-by-slice treatment • Delivery time depends on target extension • Large dose delivery errors may occur in case of substantial intra-fraction changes in the tumor set-up (e.g. if patient moves while treated) • This may also relate to respiratory motion
