Meet Our Speakers

Lee Davis has worked with Vocational Rehabilitation for over 17 years. He has served as a Unit Manger, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, State Wide Behavioral Health Coordinator and currently as the Assistant Director of Support Services. Prior to his employment with Vocational Rehabilitation he worked in the Community Service Board system with Adult Day Treatment, Residential Substance Abuse, Intensive Out Patient, Crisis Stabilization and Partial Hospitalization. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in interpersonal and small group communications as well as a Master of Education degree in Community Counseling. Mr. Davis is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has been a member in good standing with the National

Rehabilitation Association since 2000. Mr. Davis has served at the State and Chapter level of the Georgia Rehabilitation Association. Mr. Davis lives in Reidsville Georgia and enjoys spending time with his wife of 17 years, DuAnn and his eight year old triplets, Cecilia, Trip and Marina. George DelGrosso is a national, state, and regional leader in the area of behavioral health. He has over 40 years of experience in behavioral health including 14 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council the membership organization for all the Community Mental Health Centers, and organizations who managed behavioral health contracts for publically funded mental health and substance use disorder services. Prior to this position he was the Executive Director of two community mental health centers. George started as a psychotherapist, then a marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, and program developer before moving into senior management. He currently has his own consulting practice and is a consultant with the National Council for

Behavioral health.
