Karen Griffin Jolley is a Certified Peer Specialist and a RESPECT Institute Graduate. She began her career with River Edge Behavioral Health in 2015 as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Ms. Jolley currently serves as coǦfacilitator for the Exploring the Possibilities peer group at River Edge's Baldwin County center. Coming from a place of lived experience with mental illness, Ms. Jolley brings compassion and empathy to her work with clients. She believes strongly in empowering individuals to find healing within themselves while becoming their own best advocate. Ms. Jolley credits her RESPECT Institute experience with teaching her how to honor her pain while moving into a life of recovery.
