10. UNLOADER CIRCUIT TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

TEST-REMEDY

SYMPTOM

MACHINE CONDITIONS

@ Set voltmeter to the 50 volt de scale. Connect the negative probe to ground or 142 and tt,e positive probe to 2Z. If a 24 volt de reading is obtained, power supply is good and voltage is available to the unloader circuit charging cap~eitor. Connect the negative probe to ground or i 4Z and the positive probe to 5Y. If a 24 volt de reading is not obtained, see Clamp Circuit ©. ® Set voltmeter to the 150 volt ae scale. Disconnect the orange (0) wire from the unloader circuit board to the sole- noid valves. Connect the leads between 16Y and the orange (Ol wire from the board and check for 115 volts ac when the clamp goes up. If voltage is present and no air blast, replace solenoid valve. If no voltage is present, replace unloader circuit board. @) Set voltmeter to the 50 volt de scale.
