CLAMP TABLE TRAVEL

CLAMP TABLE SLIDES Slides which ride on Clomp Table Tracks should be adjusted · to raise the Clomp Tobie sufficiently to prevent rubbing ogoi~st the Bedplote. TO ADJUST: S~t slides by turning eccentric screws to set the Clomp Table to obtain the proper cleo.ronce.

2. With Drive Shaft in "locked" Position, re– move Roll pin (K ).

3. Disconnect both of the hydraulic tubes from the Intermittent Valve .

4. Disconnect Pin (F ) from Connecting Rod .

5. Disconnect Pin (G) allowing Looper Arm to hang free .

6. ·Remove (4) screws _________. holding the intermittent Valve to Bedplate.

7 . Intermittent Valve can now be removed from Drive Shaft by turning the val ve down toward the front of machine and pulling to the right. 8. Remove Roi Ipin (E) and crank Block (L) from Intermittent Val ve.

9. Before removing End Cover (H) and Rotor, eliminate all sharp edges on Rotor Shaft and wipe cl ean to a void damage to Oil Seals (J).

Adhere to the following procedure when removing or installing the Intermittent Valve. TO DISASSEMBLE

1. Remove Timing Switch Bracket (D). Do not disturb setting by removing switch from bracket.
