ADJUSTING. THREAD TAKE-UP EYELETS The function of the eyelets (A) are to give a looser stitch or tighter stitch depending on the type of thread being used. To Adjust: Loosen nut and move eyelet to the rear of the machine for a tighter stitch and forward for a looser stitch. NOTE: It is recommended to set the thread tensions as loose as possible.
