GUILLERMO RODRIGUEZ Goalkeeper Coach - 2nd Season

Guillermo Rodriguez returns for his second year with the USD coaching staff as a volunteer helping to fine tune the goalkeepers.

Most recently, Rodriguez has been ap– pointed the head coach position as well as the director of goalkeeping for the U- 9 Three Lions boys team and is also the director of goalkeeping for the Carlsbad Lightning soccer club. He is also the Senior Staff Coach at Soccer Plus Goalkeeping Academy for the past four years. As a keeper for Niagara University men's soccer team from 1996-2000, he studied under now Cornell University Keeper coach Ziggy Zagante who was also a former MLS coach. Rodriguez was a four year starter for the Purple Eagles and to this day, remains in the record books in 11 seperate categories (most noteably, best career goals against average with 1.81, most career saves at 346, most career shutouts with nine, and most starts in goal with 54). He was the Metro Atlantic Athletic Confer– ence goalkeeper of the year as a freshman and player of the week twice that season. Rodriguez graduated with a BS in Commerce with a focus on management.

Eddie Ahman begins his first year at the Uni– versity of San Diego as a student assistant coach . He played for two seasons under McFadden as a defender for the Toreros. Ahman's responsibilities include one-on-one training with players during

practice, assisting Coach Rodriguez and the goalkeepers, as well as maintaining and the field equipment. He brings a positive attitude and valuable insight to the coaching staff. Ahman hails from Linkoping, Sweden where he has been playing soccer since the age of five. He moved here to play for the Torero soccer program and achieve a college degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate. Ahman has two younger brothers (Alex, 23, and Carl, 21) who currently live in Sweden and are both in school. His father Mikael and mother Maria live in Monaco and Ahman and his two brothers reunite with the family every Christmas and summer.

ELI BISNETT-COBB Athletic Trainer - 2nd Season

Eli Bisnett-Cobb joined the University of San Diego Sports Medicine Department after spending two years as an Intern Athletic Trainer with the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL. During his time in Minnesota he assisted the Vikings Medical Staff with the prevention, rehabilitation, and care of the athletes, as well as day to day operations of the sports medicine department for all games, practices, off-season activities and re– habilitation of players. Prior to that he spent two years as a Graduate Assistant Athletic trainer at The George Washington University in Washington, DC where he was respon- sible for the Women 'sVolleyball team, and Baseball team.

Eli completed his undergraduate degree at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where he was also a member of the Men's Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field team. His Primary Sport Assignment is Baseball. He also is responsible for men's rowing. Personal: A native New Yorker, Eli currently resides in Pacific Beach. His Parents, Susan Bisnett and Gregory Cobb, Three Brothers, Andre (38), Donny (30), Adrian (24), and Twin Sister Natasha (25) currently reside in the Albany, NY area.
