Apply character formatting.

Create a new message addressed to a fellow student with the subject Party .

Open the PARTY27S.DOCX document from the student data folder. Copy the text from the file and paste it in the message body

Scroll to the top of the message, if necessary.

1. Select the text you want to format. The text is selected.

Select A Celebration!!

2. Select the Format Text tab. The Format Text tab appears.

Click Format Text

3. Select the Font list in the Font group. The Font list opens.

Click

4. Select the font.

Click Arial Black

The font is applied to the selected text.

5. Select the Font Size list. The Font Size list opens.

Click

6. Select the font size.

Click 14

The font size is applied to the selected text.

Click anywhere in the message to deselect the text.
