Outlook provides predefined message stationery templates you can use to personalize your e- mail messages. Stationery can include graphics, background colors, and patterns. Stationery only exists in the HTML message format.

Customize any stationery selection by changing its font, picture, and background. You can either edit the stationery template so that your changes are saved to the template, or you can make changes in the Message window that apply only to the individual message.
