P ROCEDURES

1. Open the desired folder and select the view you want to filter.

2. Select the View tab

3. Click View Settings

icon.

4. Select the Filter... button

.

5. Type the text you want to use as a filter, if applicable.

6. Select the In list

7. Select the field types you want to search.

8. Continue to select options on the current page as desired.

9. Select the More Choices tab.

10. To filter by category, select the Categories... button

11. Select the category you want to use as a filter.

13. Continue to select options on the More Choices page as desired.

14. Select the Advanced tab.

15. Select the Field button

16. Point to the desired field type.

17. Select the field you want to use for a condition.

18. Select the Condition list.

19. Select the desired condition.

20. When you have finished entering conditions, select the Add to List button .
