10. Select OK .

Click

The Color Categories dialog box closes and the selected category appears in the Categories box.

11. Select the Advanced tab. The Advanced page opens.

12. Select the Field button.

Click

A list of available field types opens.

13. Point to the desired field type. A submenu of related field types opens. 14. Select the field you want to use for a condition. The field is selected.

Point to E-mail fields

Click E-mail

15. Select the Condition list.

Click Condition

A list of available conditions opens.

16. Select the desired condition.

Click is not empty

The desired condition is selected.

17. When you have finished entering conditions, select the Add to List button.

Click

The field and condition appear in the Find items that match these criteria box.

18. Select OK .

Click

The Filter dialog box closes.

19. Select OK .

Click

The Customize View: dialog box closes and only those items meeting the filter criteria appear in the current view.

Notice that only those items containing the word systems in a company field, with an International category, and containing an e-mail address appear in the Business Cards view.
