We pursue and are awarded projects via hard bid, negotiation, construction management, design/build and early teaming where we work closely with the owner, architect, consultants and other team members throughout the design and construction phases of a project. Many times, in teaming we are selected based on qualifications and/or the submission of a competitive Fee and General Conditions proposal. I’ll touch base with you in the next week or so.
