FY 2020 Budget

Budget Impact: The budget for the mayor and council remains steady. Compensation for the city's elected officials is determined by the Compensation Advisory Board in odd- numbered years and their recommendations are considered by the Council. Any changes that are recommended and adopted, take affect January 1 of even numbered years. As with other operating budgets, the city is trying to assign expenditures related to the Mayor-Council within this budget. Previous expenses for travel, training, etc. were contained within the Administration budget.

Future Concerns:

No concerns are noted of the future of this budgetary department.
