The Combined Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ratified this cooptation on February 3, 2017; p Mr. Denis Morin, a director appointed by the General Meeting on a proposal from the French State, resigned fromhis termof office as director onOctober 26, 2016; The composition of the Board of Directors’ committees was modified as a consequence (refer to section 3.5 of Appendix 1 of this Reference Document).
