Concordant and discordant dolutegravir (DTG) resistance scores in HIV-1 sequences obtained after raltegravir (RAL) failure, interpreted with rules derived from ANRS v23, HIVdb v7.0, Rega v9.1.0, FDA and EMA package inserts, as defined in methodology section. The number of unique mutational patterns are displayed and categorized according to the presence of Y143CHRS, Q148HKR and/or N155H. Concordant susceptible [green], intermediate resistant [orange], resistant [red] and discordant [white] scores.
