EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 18, 2018

Welcome back Board of Governors, to the October Board Meeting and the 2018/2019 Season!

I. OCCUPANCY: As of October 14, 2018, our occupancy report shows 293 (49%) homes occupied, which is higher than this time last year at 287 homes occupied. We expect our occupancy to rise significantly over the next few weeks. II. SUMMER OPERATIONS: The Club operations (golf, tennis, fitness center, pool and food & beverage) were adjusted accordingly to anticipate the needs and demands of our summer residents. All dining outlets and recreational areas were enjoyed by members and guests during the 4 months of summer. III. SEASON ENTERTAINMENT/EVENTS: This season we are excited to feature the Frenchman’s Creek Food & Film Festival where members will experience flavors and culture from eight different countries. From January 7 through March 3, 2019, we will introduce a variety of events highlighting food & beverage, films, entertainment and guest speakers all planned throughout the Clubhouse. Countries represented will be: Israel, Japan, Italy, Mexico, China, Spain, USA and France. We look forward to taking our members on this travel experience. IV. HURRICANE SEASON: Hurricane season began June 1 and we are pleased to report that it has been a very quiet season with no named storms directly affecting our area. We are, however, fully prepared should a storm arise in the remaining 1 ½ months of hurricane season. REAL ESTATE : Inventory summary as of October 12, 2018:  Currently on the market: 26 homes (3 custom homes, 0 patio homes, 6 villas, 16 townhomes and 1 lot)  Contracts pending this fiscal year : 4 ( 4 new members, 0 in-house) V. VI. MARKETING : September 28, 2018 Frenchman’s Creek has been approved as one of America’s Greenest Clubs earning an overall rating of 87%. As a result of our qualification, we now display the America’s Greenest Clubs logo. (See Exhibit “A” Attached). VII. HUMAN RESOURCES: We welcomed back our senior trainees who returned from their summer internship at northern clubs. Our first group of trainees have arrived; completed their week long orientation of our philosophy and culture and are now receiving hands-on departmental training. Our second and final group will arrive on November 1. These young ladies and gentlemen are coming to us  Sold this fiscal : 10 (7 new member, 2 new developer, 1 member developer)
