 Attended the ASIS Security Conference to research latest security standards and technology for Clubhouse renovation or new buildout.  Golf course cameras installed.  Conducted a Security Program Assessment  Replaced ABDI main gatehouse computer server  Oversee the installation of a new sidewalk at the west perimeter along Alternate AIA by the state department of transportation  Resurfacing of the front driveway and Rivoli circle  Le Bateau Pedestrian Gate leading to the marina repaired and placed in service.  Main Entry / Exit RFID readers upgraded  Install new walk-in-box liquor room and storage room  Main club lift station rehab  Install new sports bar gas lines and heaters  Replace carpet in fitness center along with steam room rehab  Install new sound system at Beach Club  Install new boiler  Art room floor and lights at Sales Center  New flag pole  Sports bar elevator A/C  Install 5 new hydro courts, well pump, control panel; run main line to courts 1 & 14, install pumps, ramps, pickle ball court pads, new fountain coolers  MDR auto door opener  Install generator electrical service  Fitness water wall stone repair If you have any questions or would like to meet with me individually to discuss any of these or other issues of interest, please contact me at (561) 868-6372 or my assistant Linda George at (561) 273-2615.
