 Has executive leadership support from Board  Club has a written Green strategy and the Facilities Department is in the process of incorporating the club's Green objectives in to the Facilities department.  The Facilities Department has implemented a number of eco-friendly related initiatives.  Facilities follows the club’ established environmental standards in cooperation with the purchasing department.  Facilities has a defined process for identifying maintenance issues and reporting to the appropriate person i.e. Leaky faucets, running toilets, energy loss, food waste and so forth  Club has a stellar Purchasing Department that works well together with Facilities to source the most eco-friendly solutions for the club and Home Services. Opportunities for improvement  Link goals, objectives, strategies and action items directly to the Club’s Strategic Plan.  Establish measurable goals and metrics and measure the Return on Investment and the impact on the Club's carbon footprint.  Contribute to writing stories in the club’s monthly newsletter  Publish news releases  Create a Club Culture Report™  Install Solar panels  Charging Stations for members and staff cars  Utilize the Real Estate Mobile app to communicate with Home Services clients a) Facilities has a Green vision and the department is having discussions with leadership team on Green initiatives, gathering points of view and understanding. Planting the seed that club’s expectation is that this will become a more important role going forward. b) Club has a written Green strategy and the Facilities department is in the process of incorporating the club's Green objectives in to the Facilities department. c) The Facilities Department has implemented a limited number of eco-friendly related initiatives and will continue to do more every year. d) Club’s Green Vision is well thought out and integrated into each and every department and is currently embraced by the Facilities and Purchasing departments all reflecting various stages of implementation. e) Club’s Vision and Mission Statement does not include verbiage that speaks to being environmentally friendly. f) Facilities participate in the newly formed Green Committee / Task-Force. g) Green initiatives are evaluated and funded based on their merit.
