The TS703HP is a robust and lightweight manual hand applicator for use with industry standard 3cc type syringe barrels. The reusable plunger attaches to the top of the barrel to provide a simple method of application. It is supplied with an O-ring seal for secure attachment to the barrel. Typical Applications The TS703HP will dispense most low to medium viscosity adhesives, gels, fluxes and greases. Ideal for use in field applications or remote areas where compressed air is not accessible. Also, suitable for use on re-work or repair applications such as solder paste or solder flux to PCBs. Instructions for Use 1. Pull plunger rod back to top. 2. Take a filled syringe barrel & locate against gun flange, twist clockwise on bayonet. It will lock in place 4. Push plunger rod for liquid to flow. 5. Once the rod touches the wiper piston inside the syringe, material will flow from the needle tip. 6. When the plunger is pulled back slightly, it will prevent adhesive stringing, oozing, or dripping.
