Health Care MCC Corporate College offers continuing adult education for medical professionals. Our training courses address the issues affecting today’s health care industry, and include patient safety, health care administration, and process improvement. Lean Six Sigma Lean Six Sigma is a powerful, flexible, and proven method for eliminating waste and reducing costs in organizations. LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT Learn to eliminate non value-adding steps and reduce defects and variation, resulting in a more efficient process and better customer satisfaction. Black Belt training provides higher level tools and methodologies required to function in this role. Program participants are required to work through a real improvement project with training and coaching over a specific time, before being deployed back to the job.
