The development of standards is often one of the least visible, yet most important responsibilities performed by our volunteers. Committee members dedicate countless hours reviewing technical content, evaluating industry changes, discussing practical ap plication in the field, and ensuring that each revision continues to uphold the level of quality expected of a NEBB standard. Their work directly impacts the value of every certification NEBB issues. As these projects move forward, I encourage members to remain en gaged in the process. The strength of NEBB has always been rooted in the knowledge, experience, wisdom and dedication of its volunteers. Whether serving on a committee, supporting chapter activities, participating in technical discussions, or mentoring future profes sionals, each contribution helps strengthen the NEBB and prepares us for the future.

While technologies, building systems, and industry expectations may continue to change, NEBB's mission remains constant. We will continue to promote tech nical excellence, support professional development, and maintain the standards that have earned the trust of building owners, engineers, contractors, and facility managers for more than five decades. As we look ahead, I remain confident that NEBB is well-positioned for the future. Our strength comes not only from the standards we publish or the certifi cations we award, but from the dedicated individuals who continue to invest their time, expertise, and lead ership in the organization.
