This continued activity demonstrates the val ue organizations place on achieving and maintaining NEBB certification as a mark of technical excellence and professional credibility. The second quarter also marked an important opera tional milestone for the organization. On May 1, NEBB completed the transition of firm application adminis tration to Headquarters. This initiative was undertak en to improve consistency, strengthen documentation review, enhance audit readiness, and ensure that all applicants are evaluated under the same objective standards. The transition represents a significant step forward in protecting the integrity and long-term sus tainability of NEBB certification programs. Beyond certification activities, NEBB continues to in vest in improvements that support our members and stakeholders. Ongoing enhancements to certification systems, application workflows, candidate manage

ment processes, website resources, and educational programs are designed to improve efficiency while maintaining the rigorous standards that have defined NEBB for more than five decades. These accomplishments would not be possible with out the dedication of NEBB's volunteers, chapter lead ers, certified professionals, certified firms, Board of Directors, committees, and staff. The strength of our organization has always been built upon individuals who are committed to advancing technical excellence and protecting the value of NEBB certification. As we look toward the remainder of 2026, our focus remains clear: maintain the integrity of our certifica tion programs, support the professionals and firms that carry the NEBB mark, and continue providing the leadership and standards that serve our industry.
