Grip the light cap. Press the middle of the light cap rmly to turn on (prior to in ation). Once activated, the light cannot be turned off. In ate with helium or air. Take care to only in ate to 11" in diameter. Over-in ation may cause the balloon to burst and present a projectile hazard. After the event, de ate and discard balloons. Cut the knot to release the helium or air. NEVER INTENTIONALLY BURST BALLOONS.
