Profiling Our New Board Members 2018–19

Jill Fraser 1987 Jill Fraser is a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP, where she is a member of the Financial Services Group and the firm’s Executive Committee. With more than 20 years of experience, she is a member of the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association and has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Asset-Based Lending, Banking and Finance Law, Equipment Finance/Leasing and Structured Finance Law by The Best Lawyers in Canada and The Canadian Legal Expert Directory. She is a Havergal graduate and her daughter is a student at the school. Alison Glober Alison Glober has had a successful career in management consulting and is currently a Partner in Advisory Services at KPMG Canada, where she focuses on helping clients realize value from their transactions (acquisitions and divestitures) or through transformational projects. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce fromMcGill University and her Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about the advancement of women in the workplace and has two daughters in the Upper School. Greg Pardy Greg Pardy is a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets. As Co-Head, Global Energy Research, he is jointly responsible for leading a team of more than 25 professionals in North America, Europe and Australia. He is also directly responsible for coverage of Canada’s Senior Exploration & Production and Integrated Oil companies. He was most recently ranked as a top Analyst covering the Canadian Integrated & Refining sector by Greenwich Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts (Economics) from Queen’s University and an MBA from York University. He also earned his CFA designation in 1999 and is the parent of a Havergal Old Girl. Tianshu Albert Wang Tianshu Albert Wang is the Co-founder and CFO of Pantheon Group, a local real estate development company building custom homes and subdivisions across the GTA and Southern Ontario. He also manages a private equity fund that focuses on investing in various low-rise development projects in Ontario and sits on the Board of Directors for the SickKids Foundation. He came to Canada in 2008 as a first generation immigrant with a family background in development in China. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
