Description of the Group

The transition from the 2005 to the 2013 version of ISOb27001 was completed successfully in Septemberb2015. The transition from the 2008 version to the 2015 version of ISOb9001 took place during the follow-up audit in Decemberb2017 which concluded positively with a report proving the Company’s commercial, technical and IT performance. The certification covers the design and development of products, marketing, installation/ uninstallation, activation/deactivation, billing and collection, after- sales service, information and support for all products and services and for all consumer and business customers across Maroc Telecom’s various sites. Maroc Telecom is certified by Bureau Veritas. Personal data protection With the establishment of the National Commission to Control the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP) on Novemberb15, 2010, Maroc Telecom had a period of twob(2)byears (until Novemberb15, 2012) to comply with the provisions of Lawb09-08 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data. A legal representative of Maroc Telecom was named to ensure, in collaboration with the National Commission to Control the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP), compliance with the law and the maintenance of compliance with said law. Maroc Telecom notified the CNDP of all personal data processing operations it performs and obtained approval from the Commission in Decemberb2013. Since the effective date in 2013 of Lawb09-08 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, Maroc Telecom has continuously ensured compliance and the maintenance of its level of compliance with that Law.

Since Mayb14, 2014, Maroc Telecom has been part of Etisalat Group, the UAE’s incumbent operator with operations in 16bcountries in the Middle, Asia and Africa. Etisalat began its international expansion in 2004 when it acquired its first 3G mobile license in Saudi Arabia. ISO CERTIFICATION Our Company has been:

– ISOb9001 – Quality Management System certified since 2004; – ISOb27001 – Security Management System certified since 2007.
